Coming soon to Kemsing, Oxenhill Court will offer 51 one and two bedroom modern and spacious apartments, alongside excellent communal facilities.

As well as a beautiful apartment, residents will have use of landscaped gardens, a restaurant, lounge, activity room and hair salon.

The apartments will offer independent living with support for over 55s, suitable for those with a minimum care and/or support need of 3.5 hours per week. Those wishing to live at the scheme will be able to buy their apartment (available off plan), buy through Older Person’s Shared Ownership (OPSO), or rent via Sevenoaks District Council.

Rapport Housing & Care’s domiciliary care team, Caring Companions, will be on site to provide care and support packages from 6am-10pm* and a member of housing staff will be on site 24/7, should an emergency arise.
