Wigmore Care Home Launches ‘Rogers Rocks’

In a bid to bring some smiles to their community, staff and residents at Rogers House Residential Care Home launched a craft project, ‘Rogers Rocks’.

Inspired by Random Acts of Kindness Day and similar community projects, staff and residents at the Drewery Drive care home created, ‘Rogers Rocks’, hiding decorated rocks around Wigmore for others to find.

The residents spent some time painting and decorating their rocks and writing inspirational messages on them. Staff then hid the rocks around the local area and they are now waiting to be found and hidden again for someone else to find.

The staff and residents would like anyone who finds a rock to write on Rapport Housing & Care’s Facebook page where they found it, as well as giving a clue as to where they plan to hide it next.
