Rogers House Residents Prepare to Deck the Halls

With Christmas fast approaching, residents of Rogers House Residential Care Home in Wigmore have been taking some time to make their own decorations.

Christmas is looking brighter for us all this year and our residents at Rogers House are already thinking about decorating their home and getting themselves into the Christmas spirit.

The keen crafters at the home have been busy making their own sparkly hanging ornaments this week, which they’ll hang on one of the home’s many trees, when they go up very soon.

Jackie Miles, Home Manager of Rogers House said: “Christmas was difficult for us all last year and whilst we tried to make it as special as we could, it will hopefully be better this year, so we’re making the most of it with lots of extra decorations and really getting into the Christmas spirit, we don’t mind if it’s a bit early!”
