Mums Indulge for Mothers’ Day at Canterbury Care Home
The ladies at Connors House Residential Care Home in Canterbury enjoyed a relaxing Mothers’ Day with some much-appreciated pampering at the weekend.
Staff of the Craddock Road residential care home ensured the mums, nans and great nans felt special on Sunday, as they were treated to a spot of pampering.
Whilst the first step to safe indoor visiting is underway, sadly group celebrations will still have to wait a bit longer. Staff made sure the residents enjoyed their day regardless of the restrictions, with a pamper day filled with face masks and manicures.
Christine Devlin, General Manager of Connors House said: “It’s been a tough year for us all, so we thought a day of pampering was a great idea for the ladies to celebrate Mothers’ Day. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and said they felt very relaxed!”
