Show Home Opens its Doors at Meadow View Court

As the country eases lockdown restrictions, Rapport Housing & Care is delighted to be able to welcome visitors at its forthcoming extra care housing scheme in Wateringbury, Meadow View Court.

With social distancing and precautions in place, the not for profit organisation is thrilled to be able to safely open its show home doors to potential buyers from this week.

The two-bed show home is beautifully decorated, with plenty of space, including storage options, so downsizing won’t be an issue. Situated on the lower ground floor, with a private terrace and access to the garden, the home will give interested parties an insight into how the finished development will look and what life at the scheme could be like.

Due for completion later this year, Meadow View Court offers over 55s the opportunity to live independently in their own apartment, whilst benefiting from on-site care and support. The scheme will also comprise excellent communal facilities, including a restaurant, garden, activity room, lounge and hair salon. Staff will support residents to arrange activities and outings and a member of housing staff will be on site 24/7, should an emergency arise.

Prices start at £191,250 for 75% share, or £257,500 for full market value.

To arrange your viewing today, contact Kelly-Anne Coster on sales@rapporthc.co.uk, or call 07534 973 360.
