Gravesend Residents Eat, Drink and are Merry at Christmas Party

Residents of Edward Moore House Residential Care Home in Gravesend got into the seasonal spirit at their annual Christmas Party.

Plenty of festive fun was had as the residents joined their family and staff of the Trinity Road residential care home for a Christmas party to remember.

Singers and favourites of the residents, Unique, provided the entertainment, singing a variety of old classics that the residents could join in with, as well as some festive favourites. As some of the audience sang along, others got up to dance too, enjoying the nostalgic numbers and really getting into the party spirit.

In addition to the live entertainment residents and their guests enjoyed a buffet tea, alongside a few festive tipples, as well as some other seasonal fun and games.

Christine Hutchinson, Home Manager of Edward Moore House said: “Our Christmas party was a great success, with lots of family and friends joining us for the occasion, which was really special.”

“Unique have performed for us before and the residents always really enjoy it, as they play a great variety of songs that they all know very well. This year was no different and everyone had a great afternoon, we’re all looking forward to Christmas now!”
