Rapport Housing & Care welcomed staff members from across the organisation to its in-house training academy, ACE, The Academy: Centre of Excellence this week.

Keen to kick start their training and boost their careers, staff from across the organisation’s care homes, supported homes and extra care housing schemes joined head office staff at the Cuxton offices on Monday 30th April to enrol and find out more about what the academy would have in store for them over the next year.

The Academy: Centre of Excellence, follows on from a very successful 2016 training programme, which saw several members of staff come together to earn qualifications, resulting in many progressing to senior roles and some to deputy or manager roles. Some of this year’s recruits are former members, returning once again to boost their career and take on the next level qualification.

The fundamental aim of ACE is to provide staff who uphold our core values and wish to further their development and career with us with the opportunity to do so. Once enrolled on the programme, staff are supported in developing their personal growth whilst also gaining an accredited qualification in Leadership and Management.
