Donning their shepherd’s hats and armed with a sheet of lyrics, residents of the Tudeley Lane residential care home spent a festive afternoon singing a variety of traditional carols at a seasonal service, hosted by the home’s Chaplain.

With Christmas just around the corner, the residents were treated to a seasonal carols service of traditional festive hymns and readings, with baby Jesus even stopping by for a quick visit!

Katie Samuels, activity coordinator at Barnes Lodge commented: “The seasonal service was lovely and it was great to have lots of family and friends join us for the special occasion, particularly at this time of year.

“We have lots going on here at Christmas and the residents have been getting involved with everything, from hanging the decorations and making Christmas cards to parties and outings.”
