Gathered in one of the home’s seating rooms, residents of the Tudeley Lane residential care home got together, ready to embrace their inner creatives and get stuck in to their floral displays.

Armed with an abundance of flowers, foliage and vases, the artistic residents spent a morning preparing their displays, whilst chatting to one another over several cups of tea.

Delighted with their finished spectacles, the residents were keen to display the arrangements around the homes and in their bedrooms, adding a touch of spring to the home.

Katie Samuels, Social Activities Facilitator commented: “With spring well on its way, we thought flower arranging would be a great activity to get everyone in the mood for the warmer months and brightening up the corridors.

“The residents had a fabulous time and were really pleased with how their bouquets looked once complete.”
